By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all products are custom-made. The estimated production time is 2.5–3 weeks, excluding shipping or local delivery time. Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate order, personalization, shipping, and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Flat-rate shipping is available to eligible addresses. Local delivery is limited to qualifying ZIP codes in Addis, Plaquemine, and Brusly, Louisiana. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery or transfer of the package to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

Because products are custom-made, orders may not be changed or canceled after production begins. Custom products are generally nonreturnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details. Any issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographs and proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, supply shortages, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this notice limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
